Help Center

Frequently asked questions, answered honestly for once. A first for enterprise software.

Getting in

How do I log in? I can't find the login button.

There isn't one. That's by design. The door is called Arrive, when you're ready, go there, and it will already know you. If you got here from a boarding pass, the seat is the one with your name on the clipboard.

What's my verification code? I forgot.

Check the digits. Count the letters. 1-4-3. It was always going to be one of the four he could never text you directly, so the site texts it for him. If it expires: "Code expires in 60 seconds. His feelings don't." Request another. He always sends another.

I forgot my password.

He never has. He remembers everything. Ask him, that's the official recovery flow, and it has a 100% success rate.

Can my friends get an account?

Everyone can request access, and everyone gets Guest Mode: the jokes are blurred, the palace is quiet, and the only notes visible are the ones she marked public. Guests receive 404-class silence, never hints. One seat is load-bearing.

Billing

Is there a free tier?

There is one tier. It is free. It is hers.

Will I be charged? Is a card required?

No credit card. No free trial. It simply never ends. The only currency accepted is presence, and the exchange rate is generous.

Can I cancel?

You can close the tab. You cannot cancel the contract in clause 1 of the Terms, not because the paperwork is good, but because the offer was never conditional on your attention span.

Your data

Where is my data stored?

Your notes stay yours. Metrics about pages visited go to exactly one reader: him. Nothing else exists to leak. Full details, in the exhaustive, boring, trustworthy style, live in the Privacy Policy.

Can I export my data?

It's a relationship, not a spreadsheet. But yes, anything you write here can leave with you, always.

Do you track me with cookies?

This site uses one cookie. It holds his heart. It does not track you; it keeps him warm. See the Cookie Notice for the mandatory and optional toggles (the mandatory one is non-optional and its name is "him").

Are my private notes really private?

Private. Judgment-free. Say anything. That's the whole page's motto, and unlike most mottos, this one is load-bearing.

The product

What's the SLA?

He answers. Fast, slow, half-asleep at 3am, he answers. Response time is measured in "when you need," not "within 24 business hours."

Why is there a terminal in the footer?

Because every enterprise product needs dev tools. Ours answers everything except the questions that matter, those answer themselves on the 19th. Type help. You'll see.

The plant on my page looks sad.

It needs water. Daily. It fades slowly when neglected, and if it's neglected long enough, it resets to a seed, a second chance, which is the only kind of gardening the company endorses.

What happens on the 19th?

That's not a FAQ. That's a plot twist. Patience is a feature, not a bug.

Is the moon real?

The moon is mathematically real, actual phase, actual position, computed from the synodic month, not picked from an emoji menu. The company is real too, in the way that matters more.

Legal-ish

Is this a real company?

Legally? No. Operationally? 100% uptime since 2023. You decide which matters.

Can I invest?

All shares are held by the founders. Both of them. The board meets at breakfast.

Who is on the board of directors?

Her. The vacancy is permanent and the seat is the point.
